Environment and Social Policy

GH2 is committed to responsible and sustainable management of its operations, with a focus on protecting the environment and promoting the well-being of the communities in which it operates. To this end, the Company will comply with all relevant environmental and social regulations and implement best practices in environment and social risk management and will endeavor to match relevant Good International Industry Practice (GIIP).

Following principles will be the cornerstone of GH2 Industries (Pvt.) Limited Environment and Social, Health & Safety Policy:

  • Focus on prevention of pollution, waste minimization and resource conservation as critical considerations within our core management processes;
  • Establishing a constructive relationship with all stakeholders and conducting our activities with transparency, following good international practice on consultations and information disclosure;
  • Compliance with applicable legal and voluntary requirements to which GH2 Industries (Pvt.) Limited subscribes that relate to its environmental and social aspects;
  • Provide adequate working conditions with proper facilities to safeguard the health and safety of personnel and to ensure workplace injuries and ill health are reduced to minimum level;
  • Provision of staff training to ensure understanding, implementation and development of these principles throughout our business; and
  • Regular performance reviews to ensure that objectives are met and show continuous improvement.
This policy will be communicated to our customers, suppliers, contractors & subcontractors. It will also be made available to the public.
