Kathai-II Hydro (Pvt.) Limited, a special purpose company, is developing an 8 MW small run of the river hydropower project at Kathai Nullah in District Jhelum Valley, Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

The Project will be developed under a turnkey EPC arrangement and is in final stages of negotiation of concession documents with government of Pakistan.
