Our Farmer First Initiative (FFI) is a long term commitment to empowering farmers, strengthening rural communities, and building a resilient, climate smart organic rice value chain rooted in sustainable sourcing and responsible sourcing practices.
Through this program, we go beyond procurement — we practice ethical sourcing and sustainable procurement, co-creating value with farmers by providing training, resources, and market access that ensure both environmental stewardship and improved livelihoods. By working hand in-hand with our farmers, we reinforce supply chain sustainability, cultivating not just rice, but healthier soils, stronger communities, and a sustainable future for the next generation.
